E6010:E6010 is a quick-starting, cellulosic mild steel electrode with outstanding arc stability, penetration, and wash-in. It is ideal for welding in all positions and produces an X-ray quality weld with light slag that's easy to remove. It is well-known for its deep penetration, widely used for root pass welds. Its deep penetration and fast-freeing cellulose flux make it a prime choice for stove pipe welding. Moreover, its performance is unaffected by rusty, unclean, or galvanized surfaces.
E6013: E6013 is the most widely used stick welding electrode for sheet metal, general fabrication & structural welding work. E6013 electrodes have a distinct coating, slag formation & welding polarity. They have excellent welding properties, stable arc less splash and good appearance. They also have superior fabrication weld ability, suitable for welding on thin plate of low-carbon steel or light structures where minute detailing is required.
E7018: E7018 is one of the most frequently used SMAW/ stick welding low hydrogen electrodes for mild steel and Carbon Steel welding. The electrode coatings are made with inorganic coverings that contain minimal moisture, thus providing a weld deposit with lowest hydrogen in weldment. These electrode coverings can be designed to resist moisture absorption for a considerable time even in a humid environment. E7018 electrodes also contain a relatively high percentage of iron powder added into the coating, which gives higher productivity as you will get more weld deposit compared to other electrodes of the same diameter.
